Willing to absorb and retain more knowledge than a doctor or lawyer for much less
income.

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems while putting your body in the most physically
challenging positions available.

Diagnose automotive problems by telephone at no charge.

Make house calls seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Willing to deal with skeptical customers who are unwilling to give you the full story
concerning the vehicle's problems.

Accept full responsibility for a customer's son or daughter's car when they have
abused it, but lied to mom.

In most cases, you need to be willing to educate yourself on the latest changes and
updates after business hours, at your own expense.

Purchase $20,000 to $30,000 worth of tools at your own expense.

Perform your duties to the best of your ability while being thought of by the general
public as someone who is deceptive and/or incompetent.
